    Talent Acquisition Specialist

    The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for executing our talent strategies to attract and retain top talent.  As the front line champion of our talent and employment brand, you'll recruit, select and onboard talent to ensure that every employee becomes a raving fan and a long term brand ambassador. 

    What You'll Do

    • Partner with hiring managers to create hiring strategy for open positions
    • Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including referral programs, social media platforms, networking events and job fairs
    • Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for high volume positions
    • Execute a candidate experience that represents our brand during each phase of the recruitment process from application through onboarding
    • Work closely with management on all diversity initiatives involving recruitment to ensure fairness in hiring practices
    • Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization
    • Partner with department heads to ensure an understanding of hiring needs and available positions within the company
    • Define and measure appropriate staffing metrics including but not limited to time to fill, hires per hiring source, quality of hire, cost per hire, etc.

    Experience You'll Bring

    Required

    • Demonstrated success in a high turnover, high volume recruiting environment
    • Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally
    • Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates
    • Ability to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer any questions a potential hire may have
    • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) and recruiting databases to connect with and reach out to potential candidates
    • Previous experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies

    Preferred

    • Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making is strongly preferred
    • Passion and commitment for working with a diverse team and striving for fairness in hiring all races, genders and ages
    • BS/BA in Human Resources, Management or related field preferred
    • Professional Human Resources certification strongly preferred
